Chances are when you see a friend wearing a fab retro shift, she got it from Cheeky Vintage. Now, the boutique has expanded its digs (and hours) to appease the fashion-frenzied loyal followers.
The tightly edited selection at Cheeky Vintage comes from bygone eras like the cigarette- and gimlet-filled Fifties, the twiggified mod Sixties all the way up to the decadent shoulder-pad filled Eighties. But unlike other vintage stores, the pieces here are in pristine condition, so fresh you'll wonder where the gals behind Cheeky found them. Scouring vintage for years, owners Tina Davis and Denise Hazen decided to share the wealth. That means racks of Audrey-inspired cocktail frocks, draped Seventies blouses and the perfect clutches and jewels to finish off any look. While the dresses are made to look new again, the bags might carry a little history—just peek inside to see matchbooks and tiny mirrors from past owners. With expanded square footage came expanded hours, but take the time to make an appointment with Hazen and Davis, you might just find that after a heart-to-heart, this Cheeky pair might be your wardrobe's new BFFs.
